Combining the features of Standard Spring Bow Centralizers and Rigid Centralizers. It has high Restoring force and high Stand Off with low Running Force which is ideally suitable for Deviated and Horizontal wells where load on springs are maximum. Bows spring is made of premium quality Alloy Steel under rigid Heat treatment plant. The spring characteristics of Double Crested profile permit compression to facilitate movement through Tight spots and Doglegs. Compared to other Spring Bow Centralizers this device attains high Stand Off because of high Restoring force. Its increase contact area for less Bow penetration, which helps in complete Mud removal while Cementing. Bows can be configured for any hole dia from choice of Five standard Double Crested Bows. These Centralizers undergo a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust then coated with special Polyester Powder.
These can be shipped in half assembled condition for economy in shipping and storage costs. They are available in 4 ½ ” to 20 ” sizes. Any special sizes or combination can available on request.
